Chariese Rolle, CEO, Owner of Blessed Hands
Chariese Rolle is the CEO, Owner, Mastered Chef, Interior Designer, Grant Writer, Upcoming Author, and Motivational Speaker, Educator, Trainer, & Mastermind behind the Business Blessed Hands Catering, Decorating, & Event Planning. The company was established at her Grandmother’s house in Opa- Locka, Florida in 1996. Her very first event was that of a Small Church’s meal for Thanksgiving. As she looks back now, she knows that God was trusting her with Big Dreams and the Prayer of Jabez for the Business. Many Caterers have trial runs with family and friends, yet Chariese/ Blessed Hands Creations was Blessed. Chariese got her first trial with a Church congregation of 150. She then went on to preparing meals between 2 homes using a contemporary stove and oven to feed several customers in Salons and local community events.
Prior to finding her passion for cooking, she was a Stylist and knew the importance of how her previous peers cared about providing them quality food while on the job. She provided them luxury and a convenience for their sacrifices and commitments they had for the clients. Since the start of the Business, Chariese, has created Custom Gift baskets, decorating, event planning, motivational speaking, Service Planning Curriculum, Designed Tree dresses, Pet Beds, and the new creative baby which is coming soon. I would like to Thank my previous employers for the opportunity to work in such diverse dynamics. I want to say Thank you for standing in the way of my growth and not promoting me although you knew I was qualified. I want to Thank you for seeing the situation like it was not realizing I was a great assets to the company. Thanks you for being used for evil so that I may prosper for such a time as this.
As a young diverse Entrepreneur, Chariese has engaged in Motivational Speaking, Writing Scholarship Grants with a 100% Success Rate on all her clients and personal endeavors. She has been writing Award Winning and First Place papers since age 10. Did you know, that Chariese Rolle was the first child to introduce the “Youth Crime Watch” program in the Elementary School system? During this time she was a student at the Crestview Elementary of Miami Gardens, Florida. Chariese wrote her story on how it would help neighborhoods on preventing crime and safety by getting all youth involved. As a result of this outstanding paper, Chariese had the opportunity of making her first television appearance with the Youth Crime watch Representor Mr. McGruff himself.
It was then that she knew she had the gift of writing. Her spiritual gift has afforded her to creating & editing Business Plans, Started Networking Seminars, and Formed Smaller Businesses within her company to help others reach their full potential, while growing her Ministry of Business
